Position: Ian Jones - Farmer & Food Producer
We rear rare breed Gloucester Old Spot pigs, Southdown sheep and free-range bronze turkeys here on the farm. We also collaborate with a handful of carefully selected farms and producers across the Surrey Hills who share our ethos and passion for sustainable farming.
We offer ‘farm to fork’ lamb, pork, beef and turkeys at Christmas, all butchered and traditionally prepared in our catering unit on the Farm. As butchers and chefs, with decades of experience between us, we work hard to prepare our produce to the same high standards you would expect in any high-end establishment.
We have everything from joints for roasting, hams, bacons, sausages and steaks to more traditional cuts including collar bacon, rolled pork shoulders, beef brisket and shin, rolled and stuffed lamb breast and lamb neck fillets. There’s also our award winning sausage rolls, quiches, ready meals and much more, all available to buy from our Farm Shop.
With over 20 years experience in professional catering, Ian and the team, use Hill House Farm’s own high quality produce together with locally sourced ingredients to create outstanding menus that are suitable for every occasion.
Whether you are having a family party, organising a festival, hosting a corporate event or planning a wedding reception, we can tailor the right gastronomic solution for your event and ensure that your guests enjoy outstanding locally-sourced food with real provenance. Then there’s our monthly Supper Clubs, where you can enjoy three courses all made using local Surrey produce in a beautiful ambient setting!

At Hill House Farm we are passionate about what we do and love to talk about it, as we believe it’s really important to know where your food comes from and what’s gone into creating it.
