“There are lies, damned lies and statistics!” But the ONS is a regular source of interesting information. They say that between 2014-9 only 42.5% of businesses started in 2014 survived. Most fail not because they make a loss but because they run out of cash.

Avoid becoming one of them and learn how, for example, making lots of marginal gains could seriously improve your businesses performance just as it did for the fortunes of British Cycling….

Many business owners look only in their rear view mirrors at what has happened in the past (or even distant past) to base decisions for the future and this course will show how you can look at lead indicators and manage activities to achieve the performance you are aiming for and that chasing new customers should be your last resort rather than necessarily your first priority.

All business owners will eventually wish to exit their business and there are two sessions relating to understanding what you want for yourself, your loved ones and your future and then planning for the growth and business performance to achieve your desired exit at the time you choose.

If you would like to invite other people to attend the course, they can attend session 1 for free, then a small charge applies for each of the modules. HOWEVER, as Chamber membership remains low at jut £70 per year for companies with under 10 employees it is another fantastic reason to join as a member and receive the whole course for free!
