The Board of Directors for Mole Valley Chamber comprises local business people, with representatives from both the public and private sectors.
The Board meets on a monthly basis under the leadership of elected president, Richard Keel.
As well as current vacancies for additional Directors, we are looking for potential volunteers that could assist any of our Directors with their roles in a smaller way. If you have time to assist with an event, or project or would be keen to learn more about becoming involved you are welcome to contact any current Board member for further details.
I am the Swan Shopping Centre Manager and have worked there for over 35 years. I grew up in Leatherhead and attended local schools.
Along the way I served as both a non-commissioned and commissioned officer for 8 years with the Queens Regiment T/A & ACF.
I have a passion for the town and am keen to be a part of the transformation currently planned for Leatherhead. As a member of the board since 2016 I have been involved with events and festivals held in the town, keeping an eye on planning applications and liaison with the market.

I’m Kerry-Anne Kitson, small business support specialist working with various SME’s focusing on strategy, sales, marketing and website services. The majority of my time currently is with Kall Kwik in Leatherhead working on their business sales & marketing strategy.
Prior to having my daughter some many years ago I served 15 years with the Metropolitan Police as a Senior Crime Analyst, specialising in serious crime.

I’m Jeremy Webb, from SatNav4Business which provides mentoring, business and finance advice to start-up, small and medium businesses as well as 3rd sector organisations such as charities… I have been involved with the Chamber as a member for 11 years and on the Board since 2015 and mainly deal with events and member support.
Co. Secretary and Treasurer
I’m Paul McWhirter and I am director of The McWhirter Partnership, a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Hersham, but with many clients in Leatherhead and the surrounding area. We provide accounting and taxation services to small and medium sized businesses and individuals. I have been the Leatherhead Chamber’s Company Secretary and Treasurer since 2003.
I’m Jackie Adams, of Jackie Adams Consulting, an HR Consultancy and Coaching business. I support business leaders and managers navigate their people management issues effectively through immediate support/advice, training, coaching and mentoring . I also ensure businesses have up to date and relevant HR policies, processes and procedures in place.
I have extensive experience in HR within the corporate world, having spent most of my career working in senior roles for FTSE 100 Companies.
I’m Tony Fleming, an IT project manager for over 20 years and director of Pathfinder Project Management, where I provide GDPR and IT Project consulting to clients in the South-East. I joined the Chamber in 2017 and became a director in January 2021. My hobbies include reading, travel (including to North Korea and Iran in recent years) and attempting to play Golf.
Jackie Quinn, of Jackie Quinn & Co Estate Agents was president of the Chamber until September 2019.
Special Events Director
I am Peter Snell; you may have encountered me running Corbett’s bookshop in the Swan Centre. Eleven years ago my wife and I bought the business and opened our own, Barton’s Bookshop, in the wonderful half timbered, 2 Bridge Street. I am now retired and devoting even more of my time to the future prosperity of Leatherhead, I was President of the Chamber for one year 2003/2004. I take an active role in helping run the street market and am part of the Reference Group for Transform Leatherhead.
I have a real affection for Mole Valley, having been part of the Leatherhead community for over 20 years, living, working and raising my family here.
I run my own wedding photography business as well as being part of the management team in the Swan Centre, organising many of the centre and large town events over the last couple of years.
