Neil excels at building relationships at all levels to provide robust, timely management information that supports decision making, adding value through hands-on management or independent review and challenge.
Nine years ago, Neil set up his practice to give small and start-up businesses an internal ongoing resource, rather than an external accountant seen once or twice a year. Through regular interaction and structured reporting, he and his team guide businesses across all financial matters.
His career includes 17 years in Pharmaceutical and software businesses as Finance Director, Finance Business Partner, and in various Controllership roles, plus over 10 years specifically supporting small businesses towards their goals in a compliant, sustainable way.
