I work as a Business Advisor/Mentor with £1m-£10m SME owners who want their freedom and more wealth.
My first +30yr career was in the high-velocity world of international retail, specifically the global evolution of forecourt shops from 1990s “cokes and smokes” kiosk shops into the sophisticated larger fresh food hubs seen around the world today. After many years in senior strategy, commercial and operational roles, I’ve traded global boardrooms for the UK SME engine room.
I now guide and support SME owners through the process of scaling and preparing their business for potential exit as they navigate the tricky transition from hands-on operator to hands-off strategic leader. The goal is to build a transferable, valuable asset rather than just a very demanding job. I’m the experienced outside perspective that sees it clearly, designs it out, and fixes it permanently so that owners can fully enjoy the rewards for their hard work.
I became a Director of the Mole Valley Chamber of Commerce in November 2024.
