Mole Valley Chamber of Commerce is run and managed by a team of dedicated board directors. Each works in business while helping to run the chamber on a voluntary basis.

Shaun Palfrey
020 3828 9500I’m Shaun Palfrey and have been working in financial services for over 40, after 5 years at NatWest I moved into Investment Banking with careers at several leading multinational organisations including Salomon Brothers, Bank of Tokyo and Dresdner Kleinwort. In 2022 I took the plunge to retrain myself as a Financial Planner joining Monro Financial Management, a local independent firm providing holistic financial planning and wealth management services for individuals, families and businesses. My extensive background in Financial Services combined with my own experiences in life means I focus on what really matters most in helping people achieve their life goals through straight-forward and impactful financial planning. At Monro we understand what truly matters to clients, and build long-term relationships founded on trust and empathy by tailoring bespoke strategies that align with each client’s personal or professional goals I became a Director of the Mole Valley Chamber of Commerce in November 2024. -
Richard Excell
01273 964065I’m Richard Excell and I run my own business called Excell Design & Marketing. I help businesses form effective marketing strategies and planning for their business. While on the design side I help them create and craft their brand identity and get them online with websites, print and digital marketing. I’ve worked in this sector for 35+ years and I’m passionate about supporting and helping local businesses of all sizes grow and evolve. I joined the board of directors for Mole Valley Chamber in October 2021 and helped to rebrand and revitalise the chamber. -
Graham Faulkner
01306 406 506I’m Graham Faulkner, Branch Director of EweMove Dorking & Leatherhead Residential Sales and Lettings. I have been involved in Property since 2002 having previously had careers in Banking and IT. I manage quite an extensive number of properties for my landlords, as well as having a property portfolio of my own spread over many geographies. I have a real passion for helping people move on in their lives by selling, buying, or renting their homes, as well as exceeding expectations and delivering a very high level of customer service, which is something that sadly seems to be lacking a lot in my industry. I like collecting five star reviews! -
Mike Gregory
01293 863676I’m Mike Gregory one of two directors of Avocado Audio Visual & Catering Services Ltd established in 1976 in the Guildford Area moving to the East side of Surrey in 2002. We are suppliers of Audio Visual & Catering equipment throughout the UK. Based in Charlwood we are able to support many SME’s and corporate businesses. I joined the Chamber as a director earlier this year and look forward to supporting the members.
