  • Why is Scope 3 so important
  • Opportunities and Challenges
  • Carbon Management Process
  • Grades of Carbon Accounting

About the speaker

Dave comes from the world of Enterprise Carbon Accounting helping FTSE 100 companies to measure and manage their carbon emissions. Carbon measurement has historically only been accessible by large corporates with almost unlimited budgets to show that they are ‘doing the right thing’ and have dedicated Sustainability or ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) teams that spend their whole working lives dedicated to this topic.

Now the relevant standards and methodologies are set and in place, the whole world of Carbon Management is accessible to smaller businesses. Dave’s role now is focussed purely on smaller companies and he aims to educate the masses on what Carbon is, why it is important and the small steps we can all make to reduce our carbon footprint.
