How to start attracting prospects to your LinkedIn profile
Our guest speaker this month is Tim Michell from Upper Hand Digital. In this interactive talk, Tim will cover how to start optimising your LinkedIn profile including how to draw people in with a strong background image and professional profile picture. We’ll also discuss how to put together a concise and engaging summary that highlights your skills and experience.
About the speaker
Tim draws on over 30 years’ marketing experience. As Managing Director of his own marketing agency – Upper Hand Digital based in Epsom – he has personally secured work for clients through LinkedIn with Heathrow, Lloyds of London, SCOR, vmWare, SpecSavers, Dept of International Development, Rt Hon Penny Mordaunt MP, NHS Recovery College and Willmott Dixon to name just a few.
Tim is a highly respected and sought after trainer. He has developed and led training courses (face-to-face and online) in the UK and abroad for individuals right through to very well known global corporations on digital marketing including LinkedIn.
He recently ran a four day Social Media Masterclass course in Dubai for the world’s largest training organisation.
Other courses have included courses for Handlesbanken in Epsom, Kingston University and he is the Marketing Mentor for the University of Surrey’s Tech Start-Up unit.

The Chamber’s monthly Networking Breakfasts are very popular, so do book early. Business people from the Mole Valley district and the surrounding areas come together to meet, eat and network in the third week of each month.
