We only act for the occupier, as opposed to acting for both landlord and tenant and that allows us to provide truly independent advice to our corporate clients.
We advise on how to make the best use of a client’s existing office and industrial space, together with undertaking professional work such as rent reviews and looking at the strategic options available to them in connection with lease break options and lease expiry scenarios.
If appropriate we can advise and implement relocation projects, including the acquisition of leasehold or freehold premises and deal with the selection, appointment and management of a contractor to customise the new accommodation to meet the needs of the business.
